2008 June 10 – REEXAMINATION
Gram Technology 
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) today issued a reexamination certificate allowing all 10 original claims, as amended, and affirming the patentability of six additional new claims in Gram’s United States Patent No. 7,081,222 (“Procedure and Machinery for the Molding and Assembling of an Assembled Object”). 

The issuance of the reexamination certificate brings to a conclusion the reexamination proceedings that were pending in the USPTO since July 2006.
