Today in the opposition case filled by Foboha against the Gram patent EP 1 237 701, the European Patent Office Opposition Division maintained the Gram patent EP 1 237 701 with claims in amended form at the oral proceedings in Munich, Germany.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) today issued a reexamination certificate allowing all 10 original claims, as amended, and affirming the patentability of six additional new claims in Gram's United States Patent No. 7,081,222 ("Procedure and Machinery for the Molding and Assembling of an Assembled Object"). 

The issuance of the reexamination certificate brings to a conclusion the reexamination proceedings brought by Foboha that were pending in the USPTO since July 2006.
